**Poker in the Pines Bicycle Poker Ride – May 17, 2025 – Aberdeen, NC**  

Get ready for an unforgettable day of cycling, community, and fun at the **Poker in the Pines Bicycle Poker Ride**! On **Saturday, May 17, 2025**, bike riders from North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia will gather in historic **Aberdeen, NC**, to compete for prizes, bragging rights, and a chance to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Sandhills region.  

### The Ride  

Riders will embark on a thrilling journey through the charming towns of **Aberdeen, Southern Pines, and Pinehurst**, with two route options to suit all skill levels:  

- **Advanced Route**: A challenging ride for experienced cyclists.  

- **Intermediate Route**: A more relaxed pace for riders looking to enjoy the scenery.  

At **five designated stops** along the route, participants will draw poker cards to build their hands. The rider with the **best poker hand at the end of the ride** will take home a fantastic prize!  

### The Celebration  

All riders will return to **High Octane Coffee Shop** in downtown Aberdeen by **4:00 PM** for an afternoon of celebration. The festivities will include:  

- A **live concert** by the incredible **Scarlett Tantrum and her band**.  

- Food, drinks, and fun provided by the **Aberdeen Carolina and Western Railroad** and other local vendors.  

- A **corn hole competition** for those who want to test their skills.  

- **Games and activities for kids**, making this a family-friendly event.  

### Can’t Ride? No Problem!  

Even if you’re not participating in the bike ride, you can still join the fun! Walk around downtown Aberdeen, play games, and enter for a chance to win **great prizes**.
